The top neutralizer does it come with a long power cord so can plug into a socket near the floor?

All Neutralizers are equipped with green wire (approximately 2m long) ended with metal rounded connector. You need adaptation cable for using power outlet instead of grounding to the metal body of any connected to electric outlet equipment (e.g. fridge, water heater . . .etc.).  We can provide each Neutralizer with such extension. Extension cable price - $ 5.00 CAD for each cable. Grounding cable with extension exceed 4m.
